Top Chef Mexico 2016 winner, Rodolfo Castellanos, will showcase the authentic flavors of Oaxacan regional cuisine with an exquisite 6-course meal. The evening will kick off with a cocktail hour of Oaxacan-inspired drinks at Amandine before a stroll to the dinner venue where we will meet Chef Rodolfo and enjoy a champagne toast.
Chef Rodolfo Castellanos hails from Oaxaca. His professional training was at the Culinary Institute of Mexico where his skills and talent led to positions in Monaco, the French Embassy in Mexico and Michelin Star restaurants in San Francisco. In 2011, Chef Rodolfo returned to his hometown to open Origen restaurant.
